عرفت مختلف المجتمعات البشرية الجريمة منذ القدم و من المسلم به ان الحاجة هي ام الاختراع لذلك سعت هذه المجتمعات الي محاربة الجرائم بسبب ما تخلفه من نتائج سلبية على الأفراد و المجتمعات و من خلال تطور هذه المجتمعات و تنظيمها المطرد أوكلت مهمة الحفاظ على امن و سلامة الافراد الى تنظيمات مجتمعية معينة أنشئت خصيصا لهذا الغرض
Abstract EN
Human societies have known crime since ancient times, and it is recognized that the need is the mother of invention.
Therefore, these societies sought to combat crime because of the negative consequences it has on individuals and societies.
Through the development of these societies and their orderly organization, Specific community organizations established specifically for this purpose.
