Many phenomena happens in Arabic like raising, lifting and deleting, adding, advancing, delaying, separating, connecting, facilitation and investigating.

Scientists have accounted for many of these phenomena, explaining the wisdom of them.

Scientists may disagree on the question of what one of them supports a rule and another violates it.

Each part invokes what they think and make their arguments right.

One the of the arguments explained the frequent use been repeated much in grammarians books.

Moreover, I see multiple grammarians'whomconfirm that argument and they make it an evidence.

IbnHichem with his book 'Maghni El labbib', So I saw I collect matters that IbnHichem made it much right by his view.

I divided the research into two parts, I mentioned in one the reason of frequent use by grammarians, in the second one I mentioned what I found at IbnHichem.

As I limited the subjects, where IbnHichem explained the frequent use or hi mentioned the reason.

I classified it refereeing to his use.
