و التي تؤثر بشكل كبير على أحكام نظرية العقد

Our study aims to shed light on the legal system of the contract between the lawyer and his client and on the basis of this idea, we chose the defense contract which links the lawyer and the client, which is governed by the contract in addition to specific regulations and legislation.
Which greatly affect the provisions of contract theory.
