Islamic microfinance is currently the subject of the hour through many studies, research and forums, because it is important in the development of the economy through small projects.

The study aims at highlighting the benefits of microfinance on improving the standard of living of individuals by presenting the experience of money houses and financing in Indonesia.

The study concluded that there is a positive role played by Islamic microfinance through houses of money and finance in improving the living standards of the members of these houses in Java, Indonesia.
