Abstract EN

The life of human societies was primitive since the beginning of creation with very limited human needs and economic aspects.

As a result of life development a variety of economic activities emerged.

Consequent^ individuals have been specialized in particular professions satisfying their needs with a significant extra production.

This superfluity leads to a need for exchange called barter which developed gradually to coins.

Then the paper money which has a cover of gold was issued by a state or a country.

Eventually‘ the technology introduced the electronic money which is the topic of this study.

The aim of this research was to shed light on how investment and trading with digital currencies are noticeably ambiguous and how Sharia law can be adapted.

In order to present a vision of Islamic Sharia‘ develop a system for bitcoin commerce‘ and suggest solutions for the potential risks‘ this research identifies the characteristics and aspects of digital currencies in relation to the vision of paper money in Islamic Sharia.
