Abstract EN

The current research aims to find out the effect of the numbered heads strategy to acquire modern and contemporary European and American history, and the researcher took the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad Al- Karkh / First as a community for her research, and intentionally chose Elaph Girls High School as her field, and the research tool was (Acquisition of historical concepts test), consisting of (40) test items, and after applying it to the research sample and treating the data statistically, the results showed the superiority of the experimental group over the control, due to the effectiveness of the strategy and its effect on the acquisition of historical concepts.
