The study aimed to identify the impact of psychological empowerment on creative behavior among Middle school teachers in Najran, the study sample consisted of (160) teacher of the medium in Najran schools, and included the study tools on the psychological empowerment measure, as well as on a scale of creative behavior, and has data processing statistically using statistical Package for social Sciences or SPSS program through averages, standard deviations, correlation coefficients and linear regression calculation The study found several results was the most important: the presence of varying levels of psychological empowerment and creative behavior among middle school teachers in Najran, and the presence of significant relationship statistically between psychological empowerment and behavior creative dimensions in addition to the presence of trace statistically significant dimensions of psychological empowerment on the creative behavior of the parameters phase medium in Najran
