Public order is a term that has recently appeared in law, jurisprudence, and judiciary.

However, some of its appearance dates back to an ancient period, but in simple forms and images, it developed and became entrenched in the Middle Ages when Islamic law and jurisprudence prevailed, and then the law of positive law at the beginning of the nineteenth century.

At the time, the social doctrine prevailed and both the judiciary and the judiciary became involved in controlling and protecting the interests of the higher and vital society.

After the individual doctrine prevailed, the freedom of the individual and his interests exceeded the reasonable limit.

The public order in the branches of law expanded even more recently, although it was difficult to define its concept because of its own nature and its time.
