Abstract EN
The aim of this research is to study the effect of two patterns of flipped learning (traditional / peer teaching) on developing the teaching performance of public diploma students in the two-year system.
The study was conducted on a sample of second year students in general diploma in the two-year system at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, the number of (40) students Different specializations were distributed to two equal experimental groups, they are: The first group and its number reached (20) male and female students who studied the educational content according to the traditional flipped learning style, and the second experimental group and the number (20) male and female students studied the educational content according to the flipped learning pattern peer teaching, where Done and P controls for learning Flipped and produce educational videos clips for teaching performance skills to be developed and made available through an electronic learning environment, The results of the research showed that the flipped learning in a stereotypical (traditional / peer teaching) method helped to develop the teaching performance significantly for both students of the two experimental groups in the post-implementation of the teaching performance observation card compared to the pre- implementation.
The results of the research also showed the superiority of students of the flipped learning style, peer teaching over the students of the traditional flipped learning style in the card of observing the teaching performance as a whole and in each of the teaching performance skills separately.
