Abstract EN

This paper deals with the management of intellectual capital as an essential economic ressource to improuve the performance of the organisation, This is because the strength of the economy today is measured by the quality efficiency and good use of human cadres‚ given the many positive roles that are supposed to result from the good management of this resource‚ In this research, we have shown his role in improving the performance of the economic institution ‚ For this reason, this research has been divided into three main sections, the first of which dealt with concepts and basic concepts of intellectual capital by listing the most important definitions related to it and highlighting its importance to the organisation, as well as various mechanisms and methods adopted to build and revitalise or activate it ‚ As for the second section, we assigned to the dependent variable the performance of the institution, starting with the definition of it and its levels, and then referring to the various criteria adopted in its évaluation, and to the list of a number of entries aimed at improving and activating it‚ The third section was devoted to the field study, trying to drop the theoretical study on the practical reality of the National Channel Organisation (ENAC) in Ghardaia‚ In this research, we have found out the extent to which the intellectual capital of the organization is related to the level of its performance, which requires maximizing the utilisation of intellectual assets as a strategic resource to improve performance and to generate economic growth in general .
