The current research aims to measure the impact of a training program for female teachers based on smart Whiteboard technology to on the development of innovative teaching skills and their views towards the school environment and society and the characteristics of learners that stimulate creativity.

The study was applied to (30) Pre-service teacher majoring mathematics, and the study used the semi-experimental curriculum of the single experimental group and the measurement tools were applied by the study of the Study group, and the study tools were two types: 1.
