Abstract EN

This research aims to better understanding of faculty members that meet the expectations working in Al Maarif university college and its effect on some factors of organizational outcomes including (job satisfaction, organizational loyalty and labor turnover).

factors of expectations are determined by: relation with others, compensations, study requirements, working conditions and job security.

The research includes a sample of teachers (73).

The data were analyzed at statistical program for social sciences (SPSS version 24), the mean and standard deviation were used to determine level of expectations, job satisfaction, organizational loyalty and intention to leave.

Correlation and regression were used to test the hypothesis of research.

The researcher has found out the number of results, one of the most important is the expectation that have not been met compensations, and there are no effects met the expectations on intention to leave.

The researcher concluded his research with a number recommendations.
