يترتب على اكتساب صفة التاجر آثار قانونية يفرضها الواقع التجاري من جهة و عنصري السرعة و الائتمان اللذان تقوم عليهما العمليات التجارية من جهة أخرى.
و لكن مع التقدم التكنولوجي و التقني أضحى من الضروري دخول التاجر لهذا الميدان لتوسيع تجارته و مقتنياته.
لكن ظهرت مشكلة تأثير استخدام الشبكة الالكترونية من قبل الغير على المعطيات و البيانات التي يتقدم بها التاجر الالكتروني للتسجيل في مختلف المجالات الرقمية.
مما فتح المجال أمام نوع جديد من الإجرام المعلوماتي التجاري.
مما استلزم التدخل التشريعي للحد من هذه الاعتداءات من خلال بعض القوانين المستحدثة في هذا المجال لاسيما القانون رقم 18-07 و القانون رقم 18-05 و بعض القوانين الأخرى ذات الصلة
Abstract EN
The acquisition of the trader status has legal implications imposed by commercial reality on the one hand, and the speed and credit elements on which commercial operations are based on the other hand.
However, with technological and technical advancements, it became necessary for the merchant to enter this field to expand his trade and his holdings.
But a problem arose when the use of the electronic network by others affected the data and data submitted by the electronic merchant for registration in various digital fields.
This opened the way for a new type of commercial informational crime.
This necessitated legislative intervention to curb these attacks through some laws developed in this field, especially Law No.
18-07, Law No.
18-05 and some other related laws.
