Abstract EN

The constitution is the supreme document and the fundamental law of the state, It limits the citizen's rights and obligation of the same state.

It limits also the relation-ships between the citizen and the state's institutions and other right.

This study tries to clacify the constitutional amendments in the Arabic countries in 2011, just after what we call the Arabic spring or the popular Movement in Egypt and Tunisia.

The two countries had a different experiences in the question of the constitutional amendments.
