This study examines the limits of the influence of pressure groups in the public policy-making process by applying to employers' organizations in the Maghreb countries, by examining the means and mechanisms that these groups use in influencing decision-making circles, in addition to defining the nature of that role and showing its implications, which The results of his study revealed that business organizations in the Arab Maghreb countries have a prominent and influential role in the public policy-making process that tends to serve the interests of these groups rather than in response to the interests of society
