Asia region, has seen an emergence of regional cooperation organizations, under various security, economic and political motives, as these organizations face different problems and challenges, which are specific to each organization according to its regional specificity, Considerations related to security come at the forefront of internal problems, as well as the need for these organizations to achieve economic and development goals.

Therefore, many regional organizations of a cooperative nature have emerged, among them the Federation or Association of South Asian Nations for Regional Cooperation known for short as (SAARC).

This organization was able, within a short period, to achieve a set of goals related to the economic development of its member states, such as India, Nepal, and Bhutan, whose national income increased and was able to export its products to Asian markets.

Afghanistan has this challenge because of the security crisis, which affected economic development.
