Many developed and developing countries were eager to and way of improving the higher education sector by introducing science and knowledge.

However the analysis of studies and reports shows that the cornerstone to cope with this change is to engage in innovation to provide high quality education.

The University does not come to term with the title of educational research institution and does not rise within major educational institutions unless it makes a change in its educational programs, which relies mainly upon the use of modern technologies in the sharing of knowledge, and this is what most of the educational institutions in the world are striving for today.

The concept of innovation which is taken for granted in higher education is the role it might play in changing the pedagogical practices of teachers which is considered as one of the important ingredient that copes enormously with education and that the methods of pedagogies are at the heart of its foundation which has never been used before that is to say it is new wave for transmitting knowledge which experts in education and it as an educational way for nurturing students creativity, ability and competence.

Going through creative process is based on helping and providing teacher with professional conditions that makes him the primary actor which leads to innovation, and this is the aim of this study that sheds light upon the wide range of steps that contribute to innovation within the higher education.
