Abstract EN

The amendment that affected limited liability companies in 2015, which allowed a share of the business, created a wide variety of forms between third and third parties, in which both firms serve this amendment, especially as this type of company is the most prevalent in Algeria compared to other types of companies.

This research thus highlighted the share in the work and role of the limited liability company, both before and after the modification of the 2015, and the extent to which the interest of the company and that of others was affected, to conclude that it did not come new for both interests and that it served national investment and encouraged access to its world.
