Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the extent of the application of good practices for sustainable development in industrial institutions in Algeria, the study concluded that the institution under study, which is Lafarge-Algeria for the manufacture of cement with its three factories (Msila, Oggaz in Mascara and Biskra) has been able to achieve many of these practices by incorporating the dimensions of sustainable development and adopting the principles of social responsibility, while satisfying the desires of the stakeholders in the enterprise from customers, suppliers and local community.

Lafarge-Algeria has been able to contribute to the economic and social development while preserving the environment.
