This research paper came in order to determine the impact of information technology on organizational development in the "Fruital Coca Cola" corporation, with a focus on work groups, by relying on analyzing the results of the questionnaire using the statistical program "SPSS" with the use of the results of personal interviews and personal observation to interpret the statistical results.

The availability of both information technology and organizational development was found to a high degree in "Fruital Coca Cola", as well as the existence of a direct correlation between these two variables in this corporation at a significance level of 0.
