Believing in the importance of language in building civilization and developing knowledge, the bodies of different societies must adopt a sound and renewed scientific approach, through which the language is acquired and used comprehensively without the slightest ence, contrary to what we are living today in our Arab and Algerian reality.

Therefore, the concern here depends on how to change the Algerian linguistic reality to the highest domestically and globally? In order to try to remove this Algerian-Arab linguistic concern, the description adopted a practical scientific approach without dispensing with some comparisons according to the denominators, through different demands that complement each other, the main title being classical Arabic, the language of science.
