Islamic banks use several banking products in order to provide financing and credit facilities, and among these products is the national bond murabaha, and this research is summarized in a statement of the nature and types of murabahah, the mechanism of its application in Islamic banks, and the identification of the nature of national bonds in the UAE and their jurisprudential adaptation, and then a statement The mechanism of implementing national bonds murabahah in Islamic banks in the United Arab Emirates as a product of murabaha products and clarifying the jurisprudential problems contained therein.

The researcher has reached an explanation of nine problems during the implementation of the national bonds murabaha, including legal and other technical problems, then he made several recommendations that contribute to overcoming those problems Such as avoiding the suspicion of the triple sample through the bank buying a large portfolio of sukuk and starting to retail from it to the bank’s customers, out of that suspicion, and the appropriate professional training for workers and the necessity of a complete link between the different systems through which the transaction is executed related to the bank and the National Bonds Company platform
