Abstract EN

The purpose of this article is to clarify and clarify the procedures set forth in the Algerian Civil and Administrative procedures Act concerning the seizure of a property owned by non-debtor, whether it is not owned by the debtor or whether it is a guarantor of the debtor's property reserved for disposal, or whether it has provided its property with a guarantee of the debtor's fulfillment of its debt.

However, the latter's failure to honor its debt, the latter's property is subject to arrest by the barrier creditor in order to meet its right to sell the property reserved for public auction, and this measure is an exceptional measure of the original procedure and is the reservation of a property owned by the reserved debtor.

In the end, we concluded that the legislature had improved, after having been vague in the annualized Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure, and removed ambiguity, confusion and lack of procedures.
