The study aimed to identify the advantages and capabilities that the northern state enjoys in the field of agricultural investment and to know what agricultural investments contribute to the development of the state.

To reach this goal, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach.

It has enormous advantages and capabilities in the field of agricultural investment, and it makes a real contribution to the development of the state by providing food and cash strategic crops and solving the problem of unemployment.

The study recommended an increase in investments directed to the agricultural sector and solving the problems and obstacles facing the investment process in the agricultural sector.
