Abstract EN

This study aimed at knowing the nature of the impact of job and business ethics on the performance of the bank under study - expressed in efficiency and effectiveness - and its presence and stability in its banking environment, by first enumerating the concepts of business ethics, performance, efficiency and effectiveness of banks based on previous studies and conducting a study a field in the bank under study to explore the nature of the relationship in Algerian banks.

One of the most important results we reached was that there is perception and positive evaluation on the part of bank employees and interest in job and business ethics in the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank under study, in addition to a positive evaluation on the part of the employees To perform the bank.
