Abstract EN

This study aimed to clarify how financial Culture contributes to the success of entrepreneurs, by highlighting the concept of financial culture and its relationship to entrepreneurship.

The study also focused on the most important concepts of financial culture that entrepreneurs need to manage their financial affairs efficiently and effectively.

Finally, the study concluded through a case study of the Rowad Riyali program, which specializes in educating entrepreneurs financially in Saudi Arabia and abroad, that financial Culture contributes to the success of entrepreneurs by teaching them the correct way to manage their financial affairs efficiently and effectively.

The study also suggested strengthening academic research in the field of financial culture, especially in Arab countries such as Algeria, for example, and that financial Culture programs developed by officials be practical and realistic, taking into account developments and changes at the economic and financial level, to ensure building a strong financial culture among young people and entrepreneurs.
