The study aims to highlight the role of financial risk management in the financial performance assessment of the institution SAIDAL complex during the period 2014 to 2019, using a set of financial indicators, which aims to judge the performance of the institution under study.

The study found the most important set of results that the organization has sufficient liquidity make them far from risk despite their dependence on high debt ratios; And have sufficient capacity to cope with its debt, but this does not make them immune from the face of the risks; Therefore, the need for the institution must work to adopt a strategy for managing the financial risks and working to raise the level of performance efficiency and strengthen its position.
