يعد تبني إدارة الإبداع و الابتكار في عصرنا هذا ضرورة حتمية لبقاء المؤسسات و نموها في ظل محيط يمتاز بالديناميكية و التعقيد بعدما أصبح التنافس متقاربا بين المؤسسات في مجال التكنولوجيا وعليه فان النجاح مرهون بمدى قدرة المؤسسات على الاستفادة و الاستثمار في مواردها الفكرية بشكل يمكنها من استباق المحيط و التكيف مع مستجداته.
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهم المفاهيم المرتبطة بقيادة الإبداع و الابتكار و مداخل تفعيلها و على هذا الأساس تستعرض هذه الورقة ثلاثة عناصر أساسية هي القيادة الإدارية الإبداع و الابتكار مداخل تفعيل قيادة الإبداع و الابتكار.

the adoption of creativity management and innovation in this time considered an absolute necessity for the survival and growth of the institutions in a dynamic and complexEnvironment.
After competition became close between institutions in the field of technology and for the success depends on the capacity of institutions to benefit from investment in intellectual resources and can anticipate the ocean and adaptation with its innovation.
The aim of these research paper to highlight the most important concepts associated with the leadership of the creativity and innovation and entrances activated.
