"جميع أفراد المجتمع يتأثرون بالحالة الصحية السيئة لأعضائه الأقل صحة.
" تعتبر كلا من الهجرة الدولية و الأبعاد العالمية للأمراض المعدية من مخلفات العولمة فارتفاع و تيرة التنقل البشري لأغراض عدة يؤكد أن حدوث أمراض معدية في بلد ما هو أمر قد يشكل خطرا للعالم بأسره.
جائحة الكوفيد-19 واحدة من الأوبئة التي انتشرت بسرعة على النطاق العالمي منذ مارس 2020 و جلبت قيودا غير مسبوقة على الفئات الهشة من المهاجرين ما جعلهم الفئة الأكثر عرضة للخطر نظرا لعدم إمكانية وصولهم إلى أنظمة الرعاية الصحية هذا فضلا عن سلسلة الآثار التي من المحتمل أن تنعكس عليهم في المجالات الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و السياسية.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز علاقة التفاعل بين اختلال الأمن الصحي العالمي و بين الواقع الراهن للهجرة الدولية بما في ذلك الانعكاسات على المهاجرين و أسرهم و من ثمة اقتراح الحلول العملية للتقليل من هذه الأخيرة انطلاقا من فكرة مفادها التفاوت في مستويات الأمن الصحي بين دول العالم لاسيما عند التوجه نزولا من البلدان الأكثر إلى الأقل موردا و في الدول التي تستقبل عددا كبيرا من المهاجرين
Abstract EN
Both international migration and the global dimensions of infectious diseases are a legacy of globalization; the high pace of human mobility for several purposes confirms that the occurrence of infectious diseases in a country can pose a threat to the entire world.
The Covid-19 pandemic, one of the world's rapidly spreading epidemics since March 2020, has brought unprecedented restrictions on vulnerable groups of migrants, making them the most vulnerable, owing to lack of access to health-care systems.
In addition, there is a series of effects that are likely to be reflected in the economic, social and political fields.
This study aims at highlighting the interplay between global health insecurity and the current reality of international migration, including the implications for migrants and their families, and proposes practical solutions to reduce it, based on the idea that there is a disparity in health security levels among countries around the world.
Especially when heading down from the most to the least resource countries, and in the countries that receive a large number of migrants.

Les migrations internationales et la dimension mondiale des maladies infectieuses sont un héritage de la mondialisation; le rythme élevé de la mobilité humaine à plusieurs fins confirme que l’apparition de maladies infectieuses dans un pays peut constituer une menace pour le monde entier.
La pandémie de COVID-19, l’une des épidémies mondiales qui s’est rapidement répandu depuis mars 2020, a imposé des restrictions sans précédent aux groupes vulnérables de migrants, les rendant les plus vulnérables en raison du manque d’accès aux systèmes de soins de santé.
En outre, il existe une série d’effets susceptibles de se refléter dans les domaines économique, social et politique.
Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence l’interaction entre l’insécurité sanitaire mondiale et la réalité actuelle des migrations internationales, y compris les implications pour les migrants et leurs familles, et propose des solutions pratiques pour la réduire, selon l’idée qu’il y a une disparité dans les niveaux de sécurité sanitaire entre les pays du monde entier.
Surtout quand on descend des pays les moins riches en ressources et des pays qui accueillent un grand nombre de migrants
