الهجرة بمفهومها العام تعد الانتقال الواعي للأفراد و العائلات من بلد الى أخر بهدف الاقامة الدائمة و تهدف الى تحقيق أبعاد اقتصادية اجتماعية و تربوية.
إلا أن الهجرة اللبنانية تختلف كل الاختلاف عن مفهوم الهجرة التقليدية إذ تحولت الى بديل عن الوطن فأصبح اللبنانيين المغتربين أكثر عددا من اللبنانيين المقيمين.
و في الوقت نفسه يبحث اللبناني المقيم عن فرص الهجرة سواء الهجرة الشرعية أو الهجرة الغير شرعية ليحقق ما فشلت الدولة في تقديمه له من فرص عمل و مستوى اقتصادي لائق و استقرار اجتماعي.

فالنبية التحتية للدولة من سيء الى أسواء بعدما كشفت جائحة كورونا عن حجم الفساد و الهدر في قطاعات الدولة.
إن بحثنا هذا يتطرق الى علاقة اللبناني التاريخية مع أزمة الهجرة و تحديدا هجرة الأدمغة التي جعلت الوطن يخسر العديد من المفكريين و الاقتصاديين و العلماء الذين وجودوا في بلاد الاغتراب ما افتقدوه في وطنهم الام
Abstract EN
Migration, in its general sense, is the conscious movement of individuals and families from one country to another with a view to their permanent residence and aims to achieve economic, social and educational dimensions.
However, Lebanese immigration is completely different from the traditional concept of immigration, as it has become an alternative to the homeland, so that Lebanese expatriates have outnumbered Lebanese residents.
At the same time, the Lebanese resident is looking for immigration opportunities, whether legal or illegal, to achieve what the state has failed to offer him in terms of employment opportunities, decent economic level and social stability ...
the state's infrastructure from bad to worse after the Corona pandemic has revealed the extent of corruption and waste in state sectors.
Our research deals with the historical relationship of the Lebanese with the immigration crisis, specifically the brain drain, which made the homeland lose many thinkers, economists and scholars who were in the country of expatriation what they missed in their motherland.

La migration, dans son sens général, est le mouvement conscient d'individus et de familles d'un pays à un autre en vue de leur résidence permanente et vise à atteindre les dimensions économique, sociale et éducative.
Cependant, l'immigration libanaise est complètement différente du concept traditionnel d'immigration, car elle est devenue une alternative à la patrie, de sorte que les expatriés libanais sont devenus plus nombreux que les résidents libanais.
Dans le même temps, le résident libanais cherche des opportunités d'immigration, qu'elle soit légale ou illégale, pour réaliser ce que l'État n'a pas réussi à lui offrir en termes d'opportunités d'emploi, d'un niveau économique décent et de stabilité sociale ...
