Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the effect of public expenditures (processing expenses, management expenses) in achieving economic diversification in Algeria during the period (1980-2017).

To achieve this, descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used, and economic measurement methods represented in the self-regression model with slower time gaps for estimation.

Short and long-term equilibrium relationships between the different variables of the study.

We have found through this research paper that there is a significant effect of public expenditures on economic diversification in the long term, which means that the expansion of public expenditures has the ability to achieve added value in the sectors of the real economy away from the rents of fuel.
