يعد البحث العلمي صورة من صور التقدم و التطور في شتى المجالات.

و لعله أحد أسباب رقي الامم فهو الوجه الجمالي لصاحبه و مرآة عاكسة للمؤسسة التي تشرف عليه.

لابد للبحث أن يكون ممنهجا وفق المعايير العلمية المتعارف عليها.

و المنهج أحد الوسائل التي لابد أن يتحكم فيها الباحث لأن وفقه يكون البحث ناجحا أو فاشلا.

English Abstract

The scientific research is considered as a tool of the progress and the development of any nation in every aspect of life.

Meanwhile, the method reflects the beauty and the elegance of its author and it reflects the status of the whole institution in which the searcher belongs.

Thus, the scientific research must be methodicaland must be built according to scientific criteria.

For that, the method is a necessary tool that the searcher must manage and control in order to succeed in his work.
