Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the type of the common organizational atmosphere and its relationship with the organizational fidelity within the executives of Youth and Sports of the state of M'sila.

In so doing, the researchers have implemented the descriptive - associative approach.

The research method consists in two questionnaire handouts.

The first of these handouts is used to measure the type of the organizational atmosphere whereas the second measures the organization fidelity.

Each of these handouts comprises three sections.

The results have revealed that the prevalent organizational atmosphere lies in the achievement atmosphere and that the level of the organizational fidelity is high.

Meanwhile, there is no statistically significant relationship between the type of the common organizational atmosphere and the level of organizational fidelity.

Besides, we have found that there are statistically significant differences underlying the way the executives view the type of the common organizational atmosphere and the level of organizational fidelity, due to the variable of educational qualification and experience.
