Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to identify the content of the accession of the State of Palestine to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), and to the establishment of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), and to clarify the concept and objectives of the organization., In addition to the statement of the mechanisms of joining the State of Palestine in the International Criminal Police Organization.

In order to achieve these objectives, the study used the analytical descriptive method and concluded that the State of Palestine succeeded in joining the Arab treaties, And the State of Palestine is facing many obstacles at the international level because of the existence of the occupation and the lack of full control over its external borders.

The study also concluded that the State of Palestine recognizes criminals based on the principle of reciprocity or according to the Riyadh Agreement on Cooperation Judicial process
