The intellectual and scientific heritage of Muhammad Al-Taher Ibn 'Ashur, transmitted in his writings, simplifies his reformist visions in various fields of science, which is clearly demonstrated through his book Alaysa Assubho be Qareeb, i.e., Isn't the Morning Close? they are visions that have been translated into an actual reality through his books, especially: Tahreer wa Tanweer , i.e., Liberation and Enlightenment, in Tafseer, i.e., the Science of Interpreting the Holy Quraan; Maqassed al-Sharee'ah al-Islamiyyah, i.e., the Objectives of Islamic Law, that deals with the science of objectives of Sharee'ah (Islamic Holy Law).

it is certain that these compositions included among its facets his critical visions and reformist ideas in Islamic sciences, and then Ibn 'Ashur was circling in the orbit of his huge intellectual project, for which he monitored all his scientific capabilities, and he discharged this through the tasks he undertook: he poses problems after another in doubling His books, working on highlighting and discussing their solutions in a scientific order, organized the various sciences in which he wrote.

thus Ibn 'Ashour laid the foundations of his interpretation and major features in defining his aims and intellectual visions, so that the reader could show intellectual integration in his scientific project, otherwise he would not have investigated the research in his ten introductions which promises the realization of the great keys to understanding what he aspires to from this is his monumental al-Tahreer wa al-Tanweer.
