This study aims to analyze two dissimilar theses by shedding light on the strengths and weaknesses in the case of the prince's accusation and his involvement in the French Masonry lodge.

Numerous writings have shown that Abd el-kader was a Sufi man, influenced by his sheikh Ibn al-Arabi al-Andalus, especially with regard to the idea of pantheism, the issue of eternity of the soul, and the isthmus.

All these contexts made the scholars of the biography of Emir Abd el-kader, especially the French researchers, and by relying on single-source documents in the possession of the Masonry lodge, confirm this accession.
