Abstract EN

These study aims to identify the role of the principles of Total Quality Management in the success and the supporting of the emerging enterprises by activating the level of quality within the enterprise in order to improve the competitiveness, where we shed light through this study on the principles of Total Quality Management and its contributions to the development and improvement of the enterprise emerging activity.

The results concluded that the application of these principles is one of the most important mechanisms that help the enterprise to excel in the market and constitute a vital path for it to ensure its continuation.
