In essence, the procedures to be followed during the course of the judicial proceedings are an essential part of the guarantees of justice, and in line with the rules on juvenile justice, basic procedural safeguards should be ensured at all stages that should help in the best interests of the event.

Since treating the juvenile child as a defendant restricts his liberty and detracts from his rights, pretrial detention must be used only as a last resort and for as short as possible, or, as possible, replaced by alternative procedures such as extradition or remote surveillance, avoid delays in proceedings without necessity, notify the juvenile's parents or guardian immediately upon arrest, consider his release without delay, respect his legal status, facilitate his well-being and avoid harm, yet remains the international and internal system.

More new and serious efforts are needed to protect children's rights even if they were delinquents.
