The Online payment means are effective tools to arrange or normalize the financial transactions between persons, especially at the present time with the quick international tendency to enhance the E-commerce and support the electronic banking transactions, however the use of those means is not limited to the positive side only, but also, They can be used in illegal way such as MONEY LAUNDERING.

Therefore, and among this study we have to demonstrate the ways of utilization the online payment in money laundering, then we have mentioned solutions to prevent those means from illegal uses, and how to eliminate them.

As consequence, we have found that it is important to support banks with modern technology especially which depends to financial supervision programs and intensifying sensitization and training courses, in addition to fill in the legislative gaps.
