هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الآليات الكفيلة بتنشيط و تطوير بورصة الجزائر، وذلك بعد تشخيص واقعها خلال الفترة 2013-2018 من خلال استخدام مؤشرات قياس الأداء (مؤشر حجم السوق، مؤشر سيولة السوق، مؤشر أسعار بورصة الجزائر) بغية تحليل و تقييم أدائها.
و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أداء بورصة الجزائر كان ضعيف جدا في ظل المعوقات المتعددة على مختلف الأصعدة (الاقتصادية، القانونية، التنظيمية...
إلخ).
و هو ما يستوجب من السلطات اتباع آليات تضمن تحسين أداء بورصة الجزائر من جهة.
و تفعيل بورصة الجزائر للقيام بدورها المنشود من جهة أخرى.
Abstract EN
This study was aimed to explain the mechanisms to activate and develop the Algerian Stock Exchange, after diagnosing its reality during the period 2013-2018 through the use of some indicators (market size indicator, market liquidity indicator, Algeria Stock Exchange price indicator) in order to analyze and evaluate its performance.
The study concluded that the performance of the Algiers Stock Exchange was very weak in light of the multiple constraints at various levels (economic, legal, regulatory, etc.).
This requires the authorities to follow mechanisms that include improving the performance of the Algiers Stock Exchange on the one hand and activating the Algerian Stock market to do its desired role on the other hand.
