Abstract EN

The research aims to to design and codify a test to measure the level of skill performance for receiving and delivering in football and to set grades and standard levels for the skill under study.

The researchers used the descriptive approach due to its suitability for the nature and problem of the research.

The research sample consisted of 185 players .After designing and constructing the test ,the two researchers worked on extracting the scientific basis for it and applied the test to the sample and the results were arranged in descending order to identify the differential ability (discriminate) and it was a statistical function, after which the spread of the level of the sample members was identified according to the test to ensure the ease and difficulty of the test and by the torsion coefficient and what achieves the moderate curve in distinguishing between members of the sample, then the percentile scores corresponding to the raw scores obtained were extracted and the standard levels for the test and the degree corresponding to each standard level of the five levels were drawn up.

Thus the test has the scientific foundations and the grades and standard levels that make the generalizations of its results possible and correct.

The researchers recommended to use this test for the purposes of correct performance evaluation and then performance assessment and development for the best .
