The teacher constantly searches for more effective and newer learning methods than its predecessors, and to improve his teaching skills.

Learning is an ongoing activity that includes the transfer of skills and good concepts that the teacher can increase his sensitivity to the challenges faced by learners, The research significance lies in looking at the broad horizon of learning methods and choosing what is appropriate to teach motor and static skills on the one hand, and what is appropriate for manual assistance training on the other hand.

The research problem was that the lack of practical training in providing manual assistance among students of the Faculty of Physical Education, which leads to a low level of teaching skills on the one hand, and on the other hand, research on the suitability of each method for the type of sport in general and specialization in the skills of that sport according to their types.

In Gymnastics there are rapid motor skills and others with less speed and there are stability skills which depend on strength and others depend on weight.
