Abstract EN

This Study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on some technological innovationsto develop the skills of using the digital learning objects of the middle school teachers and their attitudes towards them.

The research group consisted of (30) male and female teachers.

The Study used the semi-experimental approach,(pre-post one group design) - And prepared a list of skills to use the digital learning objects that should be developed by the teachers of the preparatory stage, and prepared a list of educational goals to be achieved.Also, a measure of direction to measure the direction of teachers towards the skills of using learning objects In view of the list of objectives and the list of skills of using the digital learning objects.

The research tools were constructed, an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of the skills of using digital learning units, and a note card, noting the practical performance of the skills of using learning objects.

The results indicated that there was significant statistic difference between the mean scores of the studygroupin favor of the posttest.

This assured the effectiveness of the training program based on technological innovations to develop the skills of using digital learning objects for the teachers of the preparatory stage.

The study recommended the necessity of applying the training program based on technological innovations in all educational stages.
