The present study aimed to identify the current situation in Kindergarten institutions in Qena governorate by recognizing the importance and objectives of kindergartens and the most important educational roles for their employees, Identifying total quality standards in Kindergarten institutions and their application requirements, Standing on the problems facing total Quality Standards application in kindergarten, and Preparing suggested solutions that contribute to overcoming these problems in the light of quality requirements.The study used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire was applied on a number of teachers, supervisors and managers in kindergarten institutions in Qena Governorate.

The study reached a number of results.

The most important of which are: There are many short comings within governmental Kindergartens institutions have a negative impact on their performance, these aspects were in being problems that impeded the effective application of total quality standards in kindergartens, Most kindergartens lack an understanding and specialized manager for kindergartens, there is a lack of training and rehabilitation of kindergarten management for workers in the field of quality, the weakness of effective communication between kindergarten teacher and parents, lack of training sessions, conferences and workshops that help to develop the teacher's professional performance lack of training sessions, conferences and workshops that help to develop the teacher's professional performance, the weakness of use of child for the computer in a simple way within the limits of its possibilities, the weakness of utilization of community potential in implementing curriculum activities, poor participation of parents in the plans for self-improvement and kindergarten.
