In this research, I have dealt with "Effect of Real and Claimed Pregnancy on Delaying Death Penalty".

The nature of this research necessitates dividing it into an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion.

In the introduction, I shed light on the importance of the research topic, the reasons for selecting this topic along with the research method and plan.

The first section includes a definition of the terms in the research title.

In the second section, I mention a set of proofs supporting the legality of the execution penalty.

The third section contains some women's crimes for which death penalty apply.

The fourth section addresses the effect of real and claimed pregnancy on delaying the death penalty and the possible period of delay.

It also presents the opinions and proofs of the scholars concerning the execution penalty and discusses such proofs as much as possible.

Then, I refer to the preponderant opinion and illustrate the reason for preponderance.

In conclusion, the most important findings of the research are noted.
