Regional integration forms express historical practical responses to challenges coming from politico-economic setting of post 2nd war world.

On one side there was had been an increase in world division on new national political borders causing further international conflicts and violent alternatives in external conduct of states, on the other side, there had been an increase in the rates of trade exchanging and interdependence, as well as, transnationalism movement.

Due to this historical antagonism of this two movements and according to (David Mitrani), national integration choice emerged either in Europian historical experience, or in the theoritical debate of the liberal organization.

The objective from this transnational alternative is the managment of interdependence and the the control of transnational phenomenon outputs.

Regional integration therfore, becomes an important mechanism for disintegration international conflicts structure, and its nationalistic form inherited from Westphalia epoch.
