Abstract EN

This research deals with the character of the people of Aleppo during the Mamluki period (648-922H / 1250-1516M) and their influence on all aspects of life and their efforts in various crafts and their outstanding contribution to Aleppo society at the time.

some scientists have been able to combine the demand of knowledge with the practice of crafts and have organized their time in order to serve and gain them interest in the gain of craft and the dissemination of science so that craft does not affect the craft on the other.

the skill of some of those scientists in these trades contributed to the further fame until he became what he knew or practiced.
