The main results of the research are as follows: The average exports of Egyptian potatoes during the first period (2004-2010) were 226.86 thousand tons.

During the second period (2011-2017) With an average of 166.86 thousand tons, which indicates an increase in the quantity exported during the first study period for the second study period.

The EU markets also accounted for 65.50% of the total exports of Egyptian potato during the first study period (2004-2010) With an average value of 65.70% of the value of Egypt's crop Potato world, this percentage fell during the second study period (2011 - 2017) to reach what was acquired by EU markets to 34.39%, and the value averaged 34.90% of the value of exported Egypt potato crop to the world during this period.
