This study was titled: ((Human Rights in the thought of the Prophet Muhammad (pray upon him ) A study in the light of the city newspaper)), to shed light on the human rights contained in the newspaper Al-Madina and the meanings of the sublime evidence of the Holy Prophet Muhammad in this field before more than 1400 years of our current history, While many advocates of freedom, democracy and human rights attribute them to themselves, and refute the view that the Prophet Muhammad laid the foundation of the Islamic State for fighting, war and bloodshed.

It also highlights the legal and human rights aspects of Al-Madina as the first constitution in the Islamic State, which paved the way for the first country to be established in accordance with the basic rules for the State to establish and apply the law and give rights to all individuals in the Islamic society, and the researcher worked to divide The subject of the research to the introduction and three detectives and the conclusion and the discussion of the first topic which carried the title: (Human rights concept and historical development), and the second discourse titled: (Historical Roots newspaper city), then it was the third topic which carried the title: (Human rights in the light of the city newspaper) and then we put an attachment to the image of the city newspaper as well as a supplement to the Prophet Muhammad(pray upon him) lineage then the conclusion and list of sources and references.
