Study Summary: The child's right to health was one of the priorities of the international community, as all international human rights instruments called for the need to guarantee this right for children.

Moroccan protection policies include some punitive provisions in order to protect this right, whether those that directly provided for its protection or those that guaranteed indirect protection for it, Such as the criminalization of neglecting the child's right to health care, as well as the criminalization the exploitation of children through any form of arduous and dangerous work repercussions on their health.
